SERVICES

Nanny Lagbe is an online platform that connects families seeking nanny services with qualified nannies. We provide nannies according to your requirements, who will take care of all your child's needs.

In this regard, the nanny will work a minimum of 7 hours and up to a maximum of 10 hours daily. The nanny's age will be between 22 and 35 years, and the salary range will be from a minimum of 8,000 taka to a maximum of 12,000 taka.

As part of our primary security, we collect copies of various documents from the nanny, including NID card, certificates, and address proof. One copy of these documents will be kept with us, and another copy will be retained by you.

After the selection of the nanny, you will be required to pay the service fee, and a contract must be signed shortly after the payment. The nanny will start working only after signing the contract.

For those who have selected a nanny, for the sake of both the nanny's and your security, we do not provide live-in nannies. To hire a nanny, you must always have another person present with your child. Therefore, this matter should be given importance before selecting a nanny.

Nannies must be given Saturdays off, and other government holidays will depend on your preferences. Lunch must also be provided to the nanny.

After the nanny's recruitment, if the nanny's work is not suitable, you must inform us within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 4 days. We will then arrange for a replacement nanny.

Our service costs: Our service fee is 6,000 taka. When you order a nanny, you must pay 1,000 taka in advance (of which 300 taka is the registration charge, non-refundable), and the remaining 5,000 taka must be paid to the nanny after hiring. This service fee is for one-time use only. If we are unable to provide a nanny for any reason, 700 taka will be refunded.
