Service Description

‘Nanny Lagbe’ offers nanny placement services that are tailored to your specific child care needs. Our nannies are dedicated to providing high-quality care for your child.

Nanny Working Hours and Qualifications 

Our nannies are available for a minimum of 7 hours and a maximum of 10 hours per day. They are between the ages of 22 and 35, ensuring a suitable and energetic match for your family. Nanny salaries range from a minimum of 10,000 BDT to a maximum of 12,000 BDT. 

Document Verification 

To ensure your security, we collect copies of various documents from our nannies, including their NID card, certificates, and proof of address. One copy of these documents is retained by us, and the other is provided to you.

Service Fee and Contract

Upon selecting a nanny, you will be required to pay the service fee. A formal contract must be signed shortly after payment, and the nanny will commence work only after this contract is in place. 

Live-In Nannies and Child Safety 

For the safety of both our nannies and your child, we do not provide live-in nannies. You must always have another responsible adult present when the nanny is caring for your child. Child safety is our top priority, so please consider this when choosing a nanny.

User Conduct

You agree to use ‘Nanny Lagbe’ for lawful purposes and not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of our platform or other users. This includes not sharing false information or harassing other users.

Nanny Off Days and Lunch

Nannies must be given Saturdays off, and other government holidays can be scheduled according to your preferences. Providing lunch to the nanny is also required.

Limitation of Liability 

‘Nanny Lagbe’ is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred while using our services. You use our platform at your own risk. 

Replacement of Nannies

In the event that the nanny's performance does not meet your expectations, please inform us within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 4 days after recruitment. We will make arrangements for a replacement nanny.

Service Costs

Our service fee is 6,000 BDT. When you order a nanny, an advance payment of 1,000 BDT is required, which includes a non-refundable registration charge of 300 BDT. The remaining 5,000 BDT is to be paid to the nanny after hiring. This service fee is applicable for a single placement. In the rare event that we cannot provide a nanny, we will refund 700 BDT.

Bookings and Payments

When you book a nanny through our online platform, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Payment details and terms will be provided during the booking process. 

‘Nanny Lagbe’ takes user privacy seriously. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in our privacy policy.

Legal Rights on Property 

All content on the ‘Nanny Lagbe’ website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by Legally property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written consent. 

Changes to Terms 

‘Nanny Lagbe’ may update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

By using ‘Nanny Lagbe’, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and ‘Nanny Lagbe’

‘Nanny Lagbe’ primarily serves as a social service organization. We do not provide a 100% guarantee, security, or warranty for any nanny or for any unforeseen events, financial losses, damages, uncertainties, accidents, or incidents arising from the nanny or parents.

By using Nanny Lagbe's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ‘Nanny Lagbe’.
